Adsorption dryer

Swiss made by LUNOR

Exceptional climatic conditions - in particular low temperatures and low humidity - require exceptional solutions: High-performance adsorption dryers with fresh air supply and interval control from LUNOR, which function reliably even at temperatures around freezing point. Thanks to the AirBox from LUNOR with fresh air supply and heat recovery.

Which type of device is the right one?

The main deciding factor when choosing a device is the task to be completed. This varies in every project and depends on various circumstances. We will help you make the right choice based on a calculation of the required dehumidification capacity.

All our products have a stainless steel housing to meet the highest quality standards.

The original LUNOR AirBox with heat recovery

Dehumidifying and ventilating - with heat recovery

The air required to regenerate the sorption wheel is taken from the process air and fed to the adsorption dryer via the counterflow heat exchanger. This room air absorbs additional energy from the humid air conducted via the heat exchanger and reduces energy consumption by up to 25 %. The humid air is discharged outside. Mixing the outside air with the process air solves the problem of heat exchangers freezing in winter.

The AirBox can be installed on both sides, depending on the situation, and the large service openings make it easy to completely clean and disinfect all components, including the heat exchanger. The G4 filters included in the scope of delivery also ensure clean outside and process air.

Thanks to the LUNOR AirBox, the pressure conditions remain stable and there is neither positive nor negative pressure in the building.

Various possibilities Various controls

Hygrostat for climate monitoring

Reports an alarm as soon as the critical level of relative humidity is exceeded. Device errors, incorrect manipulations and unwanted switch-off are indicated.

ZSU - Interval control

Required in conjunction with a hygrostat control. Only one air exchange takes place at intervals (adjustable as required). Dehumidification takes place when the average humidity in the rooms is above the target value.

RM - for smoke detectors

The adsorption dryer supplies the smoke detector with a voltage of 24V. If the smoke detector is triggered, the adsorption dryer switches off completely.

BK - for fire damper

A potential-free contact is required on the fire damper. When this closes, the contact opens and the adsorption dryer switches off completely.
